Accomplish More + Faster With the DNAcademy SOP Library
You know there are things you should be doing to be more successful as a domain name investor or broker, but there’s an inertia preventing you from doing it. You don’t know the exact steps. It’s hard to figure out. It can wait until tomorrow. Not any longer. DNAcademy has launched our new SOP Library and you’re going to succeed.
Hey everyone! Thank you so much for joining me on today’s DNAcademy podcast. My name is Michael Cyger, and I’m here to help you become a more profitable domain name investor, broker or entrepreneur.
You know you should be tracking your analytics on your domain names, but it’s not getting done.
You know you should be listing all of your domain names at various marketplaces so your domains can be found by business owners, but you haven’t gotten to it.
You know you should be getting email alerts from marketplaces when expired domains in your area of expertise are coming available, but it’s not happening.
Enter the DNAcademy SOP library.
What the heck is a SOP?
SOP stands for Standard Operating Procedure.
In my other life, I am the founder and publisher of iSixSigma.com, the largest community or process improvement professionals in the world.
What I’ve learned is that if you want to improve anything in life, you need to document it. Where you are, what you tried, what you’re going to do next.
And processes that you use regularly should be standardized and documented, so you don’t waste time doing it wrong or reinvent the wheel every time. Because time is money. And if you do it right, you can make more money.
So the team at DNAcademy locked ourselves in our offices and went to work. Under the project lead of James Iles, we created and published more than 160 standard operating procedures to help you become a better investor, broker, entrepreneur or webmaster.
These SOPs are the nitty-gritty, the step-by-step details with visual cues of how to perform tasks to accomplish a specific goal — to build and grow your business.
Hundreds of hours have been spent creating these documents, walk-throughs, and templates for you.
Wondering how to park your domain names at Bodis? There’s an SOP for that.
Want to hire a virtual assistant to make sure every one of your domain names is listed in Afternic? There’s an SOP for that.
Need to implement Google Analytics to track type-in traffic to your domain names at Efty? There’s an SOP for that.
Need to add privacy protection for some domain names that you don’t want to be associated with (ahem)? There’s an SOP for that.
Set a payout method at Dan.com, transfer domains between Network Solutions and GoDaddy, perform a background search on an inbound lead… there are SOPs for that.
We create SOPs for everything in your day-to-day operations. From small tasks that take a few minutes, to complex processes that have dozens of steps.
Every SOP is searchable on DNAcademy, inside the course, and you can output a PDF for your own personal use. Imagine you’re a seller but Network Solutions is a pain to deal with. Send the buyer a PDF of the steps needed to transfer the domain, and which steps the seller is responsible for and you’ll accomplish your goal faster, easier and with less pain. We all know that communication is critical to success.
In summary, these SOPs are streamlined, easy to use, and made to help you get more done faster.
If you’re a DNAcademy student, check out the top menu bar or the resources section of the right-hand navigation.
We keep SOPs up-to-date, they’re all included as long as you’re a student, and will be adding more regularly. We even take your requests!
Thank you so much for making the decision to watch, read or listen to the DNAcademy blog.
